Westin Nusa Dua opens new restaurants

Bali’s Westin Resort Nusa Dua has opened two new dining venues. Both have been designed to entice guests with innovative food, drinks and live jazz entertainment in attractive settings.  

"With its contemporary look and flexible approach to serving good food, Seasonal Tastes is signature to the Westin brand,” said Bipan Kapur, managing director of the resort.  

“It features an open kitchen concept that incorporates live cooking stations and a juice bar to support an  interactive food display.  

"Seasonal Tastes has creative seating options for up to 225 guests in a  planned environment overlooking a lagoon waterway edged by tropical greenery. There is a designated area for business groups to dine together as well as an eating zone for kids.  

"Delicious Asian, Western, Indian and Mediterranean cuisine is cooked to order at Seasonal Tastes by Chef Mauro Bellodi and his attentive team of culinary experts. With a distinct focus on quality and flavor, the menu is driven by the availability of fresh ingredients. Specialty dishes from around the world that incorporate SuperFoodsRX can also be enjoyed from a carefully labelled selection during breakfast and there’s an abundance of salads as well as gluten-free items for lunch or dinner.  

Seasonal Tastes is continuing the resort’s tradition of regular themed dinners featuring live entertainment such as live music and cultural performances.

The second dining venue, Velada Tapas Bar and Kitchen, provides a vibrant Jazz entertainment and dining experience where guests can savour drinks and authentic bites along with a great selection of hot and cold Spanish tapas is available from an open-style kitchen.
