Marriott to open 30 AC hotels

USA-based Marriott has released plans for 30 new 'AC by Marriott' hotels in the next three years - mainly in the US, Caribbean and Latin America.
With a European style, the brand 'celebrates classic modern design inspired by the urban locale and the brand's Spanish roots'.
Hotels are mainly in urban locations and are primarily aimed at business travellers.
Next month's openings include two hotels in Rio de Janeiro - Porto Maravilha and Barra de Tijuca - in time for the Olympic Games.
