Air New Zealand exits Virgin Australia share register

Air New Zealand has sold its remaining stake in Virgin Australia for A$65.7 million in an off-market transaction with investors including China's Nanshan Group.


In June, the New Zealand airline sold a 19.98 per cent stake in the airline to Nanshan, which owns Qingdao Airlines.
