AWE launches Hall of Fame program

The international Association for Women in Events (AWE), a not for profit organisation supporting gender equality and diversity in the event industry, has released its Hall of Fame recognition program, the AWE Hall of Fame, to recognise the advancement of women in events by honouring women and men.
Categories for nominations are: Disruptor, Coach, Woman of Influence, Emerging Leader and Organisational Leadership.
Nominations are now open and close 05 May 2017. To nominate an individual (self-nominations are accepted), complete an on-line form.
Members and non-members, women and men in the events, hospitality and tourism industry are eligible.
The judging panel will comprise 2017 AWE board members who will select finalists for interviews.
The winners will be announced in July 2017.
