BAA says losses 'nearly halved' |

BAA SP, which owns the UK's London Heathrow and Stansted airports, says it has nearly halved its loss in the first half of the year, despite passengers numbers dropping 4.5 per cent because of disruptions caused by volcanic ash clouds and industrial action at British Airways.
