DHL Freight in Europe has deployed a second hydrogen truck - the Paul Hydrogen Power-Truck, a vehicle based on the Mercedes-Benz Atego. The vehicle will be used during a one-year pilot for distribution and line hauls at its Cologne location.
The company is testing various sustainable drive solutions as part of a sustainability strategy that has an interim target of reducing emissions to less than 29 million tons by 2030.

The U-Freight Group welcomed a group of students studying for a higher diploma in Aviation and Logistics at the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education to its flagship e+Solutions (ePlus) ecommerce logistics centre in Hong Kong.
The students obtained practical experience of how e+Solutions is embracing technology and adapting business models to optimise warehouse operations.

Thomas Kuehn (pictured) has joined freight forwarder Unsworth as managing director of its UK business, with current managing director Richard Hogg becoming chief executive officer of the Unsworth group, and Charles Hogg leading the company’s client services team as commercial director.
Kuehn joins from World Transport Agency (WTA), where he had been md for almost a decade.
