The service operates between Hong Kong International Airport and Milan Malpensa on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday using Airbus A330-200Fs.

Singapore Changi Airport handled 4.87 million passenger movements in September 2023, 89 per cent of the passenger movements in September 2019. 
In terms of aircraft movements, a total of 27,800 landings and take-offs were recorded, again about 89 per cent of the September 2019 level. Airfreight throughput stood at 154,000 tonnes for the month, on par with what was carried in the same month last year.
