The Overseas Project Cargo Association (OPCA) 3rd Annual General Meeting will be held 26 - 28 October 2016 in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

OPCA members specialise in large and complex cargo cargo shipments.

The event will be held in conjunction with Breakbulk Middle East Exhibition 23-26 October.

The venue is the Novotel Abu Dhabi Al Bustan, located a few minutes from Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, where Breakbulk Middle Exhibition will be held.
