EQT moves on Chep Aerospace

Infrastructure fund EQT Infrastructure II, part of EQT, a private equity group, completed its acquisition of Chep Aerospace Solutions from Brambles on 30 November 2016.

Chep owns and manages the world’s largest independent fleet of approximately 100,000 unit load devices (ULDs).

The day-to-day business of Chep Aerospace Solutions will continue to be managed by the current executive staff who will be supported by a Board of directors.
