Germany's Rhenus Beteiligunge International has acquired Corby, UK-based logistics and storage specialist RCS Logistics, making RCS part of the Rethmann Group of companies.

RCS Logistics is a third-party distribution, logistics and warehouse service provider that employs 135 people.

Simon Smith, chairman of RCS Logistics said the buy would allow the company to continue to grow.
