Swiss forwarder Panalpina has announced it is to purchase Belgium-based Adelantex and AD Handling, which specialise in fresh produce imports in Brussels, Liège and Ostend.

They will join the growing Panalpina Perishables Network in Europe. 

 

Adelantex also manages ground-handling services at Brussels Airport and offers Customs clearance and distribution across Europe.
