Rex Q1 net down 23 per cent

Regional Express Holdings (Rex) says its first quarter net profit fell by 23 per cent compared to the same period last year at A$3.7 million.

Passenger revenue was down 14.6 per cent at A$47.5 million, while total revenue fell by 15.8 per cent to A$56.9 million.


"Rex sees the operating environment stabilising and expects the second quarter to achieve similar results to the prior year," the company said in a statement.
