New convention centre for Mumbai

Reliance Industries has opened the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai, India.
A first-of-its-kind attraction for the country, it includes: A cultural centre, the Fountain of Joy (a musical fountain designed by the same firm behind Las Vegas’s Bellagio fountains), an upscale retail experience, a selection of cafés and fine dining restaurants, serviced apartments and offices, and India's largest convention centre.

The Centre features three exhibition halls capable of accommodating over 16,500 guests.
 
Two convention halls totalling 107640 square feet and accommodating over 10,640 guests, a ballroom for 3200, 25 meeting 
rooms of various sizes with a pre-function concourse area, plus hybrid and digital experiences supported by 5G network.
 
The Centre's kitchens can cater for 18,000 meals a day and the carpark capacity is 5000.
 
Jio World Centre was conceived and developed by Nita Ambani, one of India’s leading philanthropists, businesspeople and the founder of Reliance Foundation.
