Alaska enhances menus

Passengers on the USA's Alaska Airlines are being offered new menu items in first class and economy.


Alaska also is doubling the number of pre-order items available for the main cabin and providing five entree choices for first-class flyers. 

In addition to new menu items, Alaska plans to start using glassware in first class on its regional Embraer E175 flights and to bring back printed menus on planes operating coast-to-coast and Hawaii flights.
