French police searching for rich homeless man

French police are on the alert for a homeless man who stole EUR300,000 in cash from Charles de Gaulle Airport.
CCTV cameras filmed him leaning on a door to the company's cash depot that security staff mistakenly had left open.

The man, aged about 50, then entered the room. He left carrying two large bags stuffed with cash.

The man is known to security as one of the dozens of homeless people who regularly are seen in the airport.

It's not known if they expect to see the thief in the airport again, except perhaps as a premium class passenger.
