Gonzalo Perez Constanzo - managing director of Kenes Latin America, Chile - has been unanimously elected president of the International Association of Professional Congress Organisers (IAPCO), replacing Philippe Fournier. The next IAPCO Annual Meeting is scheduled for Dublin, Ireland in February 2013.
