The McGrath family has sold Sonaisali Island Resort, Tadrai Island Resort and Sonaisali Premium (Fiji) Residences (the Sonaisali Group) to the Vision Group.
Jan and Aaron McGrath, owners of the resorts, have operated in Fiji for the last 20 years.
The Vision Group business includes the Fiji Beach Resort and Spa managed by Hilton on Denarau Island, Courts (Fiji), Vision Motors, Mahogany Industries (Fiji) and other enterprises.
Dilip Khatri, chairman of Vision Group said: “This investment significantly expands our engagement in the tourism sector and is a further demonstration of our confidence in the Fiji Economy."
