Bradley Backhouse has joined the Tradewinds Hotel, East Fremantle, Western Australia as executive chef. Backhouse previously worked in some of Australia’s top restaurants, including Sails On Lavender Bay (Sydney), Sugar Room (Pyrmont) and Terrace Restaurant (Thredbo), which was awarded NSW Restaurant Of The Year by ‘Good Food Guide’. He also has worked as a consultant and has conducted cooking classes in Perth, Sydney and overseas.
