Germany's Lufthansa says about 113,000 passengers were affected on Monday by flight cancellations due the cabin crew strike as it cut about 930 continental and intercontinental flights out of 3,000 planned services.
The Independent Flight Attendant's Organization (UFO) hit Lufthansa flights from/to Frankfurt and Dusseldorf and plans further strike action throughout the week at other airports.
