Two directors take over at EECW

Two directors of Australian conference and events company EECW, Renee Bennett and Alison Petrie, have taken over the company from Debbie-Ann Scott, who created it 15 years ago.

Scott, who is cutting back on her workload for health reasons, will act as a consultant to the firm.

EECW already has won future conferences including the 26th International World Wide Web Conference due to be held in Perth in 2017 and the 2018 International Adventure Therapy Conference to be held in Sydney.

Petrie said: “We are in a great position to consolidate and expand on the industry expertise we provide to clients and to develop a strong local workforce.”
