Panetta appointed executive chef at ICC Sydney

Australian venue management company AEG Ogden has confirmed the appointment of Tony Panetta as International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC Sydney) executive chef.

A senior practitioner with more than 20 years' experience at leading Australian venues, Panetta joins the team after five years as executive chef of the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC). 

Prior to MCEC, he was executive chef at Aitken Hill Conference and Events VIC and The Yacht Club Hotel Victoria.

The chef joins the leadership team alongside director of Culinary Services Lynell Peck and general manager Adam Mather-Brown.
