Rainbow seeking partners

New Zimbabwe-based carrier Rainbow Airlines says it wants to partner with Europe and Asia-bound airlines to boost its Harare–Johannesburg route by tapping into others' market bases.

The airline owns a single 128–seater Boeing 737-300 leased from South Africa-based Star Air Cargo (Sac).

The airline's ceo Frank Humbe said Rainbow saw Johannesburg in South Africa as a well-served feeder port.

Humbe added that in the next six months, the airline would introduce a Harare-Victoria Falls route, followed by Victoria Falls-Cape Town.
