All cardiovascular equipment now features a 19” or 16” LCD touch-screen monitor with integrated tv, internet connectivity and mobile device compatibility, keeping gym users connected and entertained. Additionally, for guests who prefer motivational exercise, Plateau Spa now offers yoga classes and also the new Synrgy36 which allows for functional training and high intensity interval training sessions in an exclusive area.
To complement its new studio offerings, Plateau Spa enables guests to travel light with the launch of “Your Wellbeing is Our Business.” Guests now can are able to pre-reserve workout gear, which will be prepared and delivered to guest rooms on arrival.
