AirAsia considers its options

Malaysia-based AirAsia is considering a merger of its regional subsidiaries and listing the consolidated company on the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
Thailand’s deputy prime minister Somkid Jatusripitak said it also was possible the carrier could seek seek a dual listing in Malaysia and Thailand.
Somkid added that AirAsia has expressed an interest in partnering with Thai Airways International.
