IHG to open Osaka property

InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) has signed Holiday Inn Osaka Namba in partnership with Japan Hotel REIT Investment Corporation (JHR), which owns 38 Japanese hotels.
The hotel, currently trading as the Hotel Vista Grande Osaka, will rebrand as Holiday Inn Osaka Namba by the end of the year.
In Japan, the Osaka property will make it five Holiday Inn hotels after Sapporo, Sendai, Kanazawa and Miyazaki.
