UK government delays Sharm flight OK

Despite what it says are improvements to Egyptian airport security and much work having been done, UK carrier Monarch is refunding bookings to Sharm El-Sheikh up to and including February 9 2017 and will not be resuming flights to the resort for the full northern winter season as it had planned.
The airline wanted to resume services from October 30, but has received 'no indication from the UK Government as to when the route will re-open.
