Top two Scottish airports set passenger records

Scotland's two biggest airports - Edinburgh and Glasgow - saw record numbers of passengers last year.


Edinburgh said it handled 12.4 million passengers - an increase of more than 11 per cent on 2015 and Glasgow saw 9.4 million passengers, an increase of 7.5 per cent.


Further north, 'oil capital' Aberdeen reported a 12.2 per cent drop in the number of passengers.
