American Airlines is revamping its USA airport lounges and the change may mean fewer access lounge options for its own and partners' frequent flier members.


Reports say one initiative, a new Flagship Dining space, will be restricted solely to American Airlines’ first class travellers.


Australian fliers with AA partner Qantas premium cards are likely to be affected and should check with agents or the airline how the changes will impact their future US trips.
