ICC Sydney releases 2023 Menu Collection

Australia’s International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC Sydney) has released its 2023 Menu Collection. 

Featuring low-carbon menu options, the collection allows event organisers to make more sustainable (and diverse) food choices across six core menus.

Geoff Donaghy, ICC Sydney ceo and group director – Convention Centres, ASM Global (APAC), said that the latest menu offers event organisers another avenue to make a positive difference to the environment and community, while also supporting First Nations owned businesses.

Lynell Peck, director of culinary services ICC Sydney said the new menu collection, complemented with the venue’s signature 100 per cent local wine list, takes guests on a gastronomic tour of New South Wales with more than 130 local producers celebrating the unique and diverse flavours of the region.
