Cathay upgrades some premium seats

Hong Kong-based Cathay Pacific is replacing the seats in its B777-300ER's premium economy cabins as part of an in-flight service upgrade.

The seats have a leather headrest and customised seat cushions, 'privacy wings' with a reading light next to the headrest, a 15.6-inch 4K ultra-high definition seatback screen, on-demand and Bluetooth audio streaming and storage for personal devices.

The long-haul B777-300ERs will be retrofitted this year, it says.
