Hong Kong's Cathay Pacific Airways says it carried 109,834 tonnes of airfreight in May, with cargo-revenue-tonne-kilometres (RFTKs) up 73.4 per cent year-on-year, despite the cargo load factor falling by 14.2 per cent to 61.5 per cent as available-cargo-tonne-kilometres (AFTKs), increased by 113.6 per cent year on year.

Brazil's aircraft manufacturer Embraer has signed a Letter of Agreement (LoA) with China’s Lanzhou Aviation Industry Development Group for 20 E190F and E195F E-Jet Passenger to Freighter Conversions (P2Fs) and the two will establish E190F and E195F conversion plants in the region.
