Brambles reports Q3 sales revenue drop

Transport logistics company Brambles has reported a three per cent fall in sales revenue for the October quarter - to US$1.4 billion. Revenue from its CHEP pallet business in the United States suffered the largest decline, falling five per cent to US$513 million.

Qantas (86.4 per cent) achieved the highest level of on time departures over all Australian routes for October followed by Virgin Blue at 84.7 per cent, Jetstar at 77.2 per cent and Tiger Airways at 74.2 per cent, according to the latest BITRE figures from the Australian Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local Government.
