A 17.4 per cent decline in international cargo traffic was a “relative improvement” compared with downward figures a few months earlier that topped 20 per cent a month, the International Air Traffic Association (IATA) says, adding that manufacturers have begun to add to their product inventories in anticipation of an eventual economic rebound.
