The US Department of Homeland Security's Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has agreed air cargo screening standards for passenger carrying aircraft from the European Union, ahead of a February 2009 deadline to screen 50 per cent of air cargo on passenger-carrying aircraft destined for the USA.
