Air cargo throughput at Hong Kong International Airport dropped 9.8 per cent in October compared to the same month in 2007. Data released by Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Ltd (Hactl) showed total throughput at 222,166 tonnes, although the year to end October was up 0.9 per cent.
