Eva to cut international flights

Citing fuel costs, Taiwanese airline Eva Airways is to cut international flights by five to 10 per cent in the three months to November 2008, affecting 60 to 80 flights.

Spanish travel firm Marsans, the majority shareholder in Argentinian airline Aerolineas Argentinas, accused Argentina's government of trying to force it out of the company, Argentine's daily newspaper La Nacion said, after the government asked a judge to appoint an administrator at the airline.
