British Airways World Cargo today announced an increase to its fuel surcharge. The surcharge will be GBP0.37/kg / USD0.55/kg / EUR0.55/kg, with effect from 11 May, 2006. The fuel surcharge increase follows a second consecutive week that the fuel index has been above the level 11 threshold.
