ACCC drops Cargotec-Konecranes review

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has discontinued its review of the proposed merger between global container handling equipment companies Cargotec and Konecranes after the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) blocked the merger, and the US Department of Justice (DOJ) informed the parties that it intended to sue.
