Air Canada in C$1b loss

Air Canada’s financial position is being questioned after it turned in a 2008 C$1 billion loss.  With only a reported C$1 billion in cash, the Canadian carrier has a large pension deficit and C$1 billion in debt repayments due over the next two years, including $660 million this year alone.
