MASKargo appoints new GSA in Australia

Malaysia Airlines has dropped GSA Australia Cargo Pty Ltd and appointed a new general sales agent for cargo in Australia. The new  representative is in the process of registering business names. An official announcement is expected later this week.

Qatar buys more aircraft

Qatar Airways has agreed to buy 80 of the all-new Airbus A350XWB aircraft. This agreement supersedes an earlier one signed in 2005 for 60 of the original A350 aircraft. The 80 aircraft include 20 A350-800s, 40 A350-900s and 20 A350-1000. Deliveries will begin from 2013.
